秋分时节，昼夜均而寒暑平。天高云淡，长空如洗，人间却是一派热闹景象。

田野里，稻浪翻金，一望无际。此时正值“三秋”大忙，华北平原的冬麦已落种，长江流域的晚稻正抢晴归仓。农人收稻、晒谷、播种，脚步踏着时令，一刻不歇。这热闹不仅在田埂，更在烟火日常。民间有喝“秋汤”的习俗，人们采回嫩绿的野苋菜，与鲜鱼同煮，以此祈愿“秋汤灌脏，洗涤肝肠，阖家安康”。孩童们放飞风筝，在奔跑中驱散秋乏；还有那“秋分到，蛋儿俏”的竖蛋游戏，引得老少围聚，屏息凝神，在微妙的平衡里体会自然的乐趣。

风过处，稻香、桂香与泥土的芬芳交织，酿成秋分独有的气息。日子，就在这收与种的轮转里，踏着大地的脉搏，稳稳走向下一个丰年。
