一夜清寒起，阶前已凝霜。

霜降到来，秋走到尾声，天地间昼夜温差拉大，清晨的草木田垄覆上一层薄薄霜华，这是秋日递向寒冬的信物。

农谚讲“补冬不如补霜降”，田地里正忙着应时采收。雪里蕻经霜愈发鲜爽，红薯积攒起满瓤蜜甜，山药粉糯饱满，大白菜浸过寒意生出清甜，农人将时令蔬食收归筐篓，晾晒、窖藏，为漫长冬日储备烟火滋味。漫山红叶层层晕染，篱边秋菊凌霜盛放，山河换上浓艳厚重的晚秋衣裳。

不必慨叹秋光将尽，霜降不是落幕，是万物敛藏沉淀的序章。霜染田畦，菜蔬盈筐，红叶漫岭，菊香漫野。秋暮敛藏，蓄力待发。愿我们顺应时节沉淀自我，在沉静之中积蓄底气，收好秋日所得，从容奔赴接下来的漫漫冬程。
