美國和伊朗的停戰談判明顯停滯，加上昨天阿拉伯聯合大公國（UAE）一座核能電廠遭到攻擊，國際油價今天持續上漲逾1%。

阿聯阿布達比西部的巴拉卡核能發電廠（Barakah Nuclear Power Plant）外圍的一部發電機17日遭無人機擊中，並引發火災，幸未造成人員傷亡。這是美國與伊朗在2月底戰爭爆發後，首度有核電廠遭受攻擊。

截至格林威治標準時間17日22時2分，北海布倫特原油（Brent crude）期貨價格上漲1.36美元，漲幅1.24%，每桶報110.62美元；美國西德州中級原油（West Texas Intermediate）每桶報107.26美元，上揚1.84美元，漲幅1.75%。
