川普宣布與伊朗大致達成協議之際，白宮在台北時間台灣時間今(24日)發生槍擊案。據悉，槍手開槍位置距離外圍不到300公尺處，並至少射擊約20槍。《CNN》引述警方說法，槍擊案造成槍手在內共2人受傷。
華府警方表示，事件發生在白宮附近的西北區第17街與賓夕法尼亞大道交叉口，特勤局與FBI已進駐現場處理。槍擊發生時川普正在白宮，而在白宮北草坪採訪的《ABC》亞裔記者Selina Wang聽聞多發槍響，立即與其他人員衝進白宮新聞簡報室避難。
