2013年11月，湘西十八洞村。习近平总书记走进黑黢黢的木屋，握住苗族大姐石拔三的手，脱口而出的“自我介绍”让人心头一热。

在院坝上，总书记与乡亲们围坐，边听边问，首次提出“精准扶贫”。十六字方针像一把金钥匙，打开了贫困地区脱贫致富的大门。2016年全国两会湖南代表团审议现场，得知村里百姓收入增加、村容村貌大变样，大龄男青年“脱单”有了新进展，总书记欣慰地笑了。

“我是人民的勤务员”，这不仅仅是亲切的自我介绍，更是对全党同志的躬身垂范，是对全国各族人民的庄严承诺。
