当地时间8月30日至9月1日，习近平主席时隔7年再次对吉尔吉斯共和国进行国事访问，并出席上海合作组织比什凯克峰会。

8月31日，习近平主席同吉尔吉斯斯坦总统扎帕罗夫举行会谈，为构建中吉命运共同体擘画新蓝图。两国元首签署关于高质量发展新时代全面战略伙伴关系的联合宣言、中吉永久睦邻友好合作条约。

习近平主席指出，中方愿同吉方携手并肩，加强发展战略对接，深化治国理政经验交流，打造更多可感可及的务实合作成果，推动中吉命运共同体建设走深走实。

9月1日，习近平主席出席上合组织成员国元首理事会第二十六次会议和“上海合作组织+”会议，同各方一道推动上合组织命运共同体建设迈上新台阶。

今年是上合组织成立25周年。习近平主席深刻指出，站在关乎人类前途命运的十字路口，上海合作组织应该勇担历史责任，主动引领历史航向。中方愿同各方一道，继续高举“上海精神”旗帜，落实上海合作组织未来10年发展战略，努力实现更高质量发展，为推动构建人类命运共同体作出更大贡献。（视频：淡然、周欣、孙浩；记者：谢环驰、燕雁、翟健岚、王晔、李响、江宥林）
