　　“不准送戏票”“礼堂10排以前的戏票不能光卖给机关干部，要按先后顺序卖票……”2014年3月，习近平总书记来到焦裕禄同志纪念馆参观，在看到焦裕禄提出的“干部十不准”时，总书记十分认真地逐字逐句阅读。焦裕禄精神历久弥新，始终是共产党人作风建设的标杆。

　　对于焦裕禄，习近平总书记一直十分崇敬，视为人生榜样。在福建工作期间，习近平同志读到《人民呼唤焦裕禄》一文，感慨万千，提笔写下饱含深情的《念奴娇·追思焦裕禄》。“为官一任，造福一方，遂了平生意。绿我涓滴，会它千顷澄碧。”

　　焦裕禄用行动诠释了党的优良作风，彰显了正确政绩观的党性底色。这一脉清风是党赢得民心、走向胜利的重要法宝。
